TERMS & CONDITONS :

Eligibility : Children aged 4 to 12 years old.
Materials : Drawing paper will be provided. Participants must bring their own coloring tools.
Time Limit : Each participant is given 1 hour to complete the artwork.
Rules : Assistance from parents or guardians is not allowed during the competition.
Judging Criteria : Creativity, Neatness & finishing, Color combination
Final Decision : All decisions made by the judges are final and binding.
