Slot Allocation : Motorcycle slots are limited and will be allocated according to parking capacity.
Registration : Clubs must register and confirm attendance in advance.
Club Responsibility : Clubs are responsible for maintaining discipline and ensuring a positive image throughout the event.
Special Activities : Roll call, Group photo session, Judging Criteria, Number of participants, Team spirit, Creativity of club flag/logo, Club discipline
Final Decision : All decisions made by the organizing committee and judges are final and binding.
